Coffee on Us brings business owners and professionals together over coffee in Garner, North Carolina. We covered one morning of it and delivered a 2:31 brand film plus ten individual business spotlight videos.
Main Film · 2 min 31 sec
Filmed August 7, 2026 · Lorraine’s Coffee House, Garner NC
Coffee on Us needed more than event documentation. The coverage had to carry the atmosphere of the room — the conversations, the introductions, the reason people keep showing up — and it had to leave behind content the organization and its featured businesses could keep using long after the morning ended.
Hold onto the energy and community atmosphere of the event as it actually happened.
Explain what Coffee on Us is through one polished, story-driven film.
Give every participating business its own short, shareable video.
Leave behind a reusable content library, not a single recap video.
The film opens on the Coffee on Us mark with participant voices already running — quick reactions about the room, the connections, the referrals. From there it moves into the wider story: interviews cut against coverage of coffee being poured, introductions, handshakes, and conversations mid-flow. It closes on a statement from Neal and the Coffee on Us branding.
The shoot was planned so every interview did double duty. The same conversations that carry the main film were framed and recorded to stand on their own as individual business spotlights.
One interview setup, structured to serve both the main film and the individual spotlights.
Business owners introducing themselves and describing their experience in their own words.
Networking, service, reactions, and the room itself — the texture the interviews sit against.
A compact setup that kept the event running normally while filming around it.
Recording focused interviews alongside the event coverage meant the production didn’t stop at a recap. The same morning produced the main Coffee on Us story and a separate, shareable video for each business that took part.
2 min 31 sec — the Coffee on Us story
30–45 sec each — one per featured business
Each participant introduced their business and shared what Coffee on Us has meant for them. Thirty to forty-five seconds each, cut for social media and handed over ready to post.
A compact production approach designed to capture authentic conversations without disrupting the event itself.
Coffee on Us finished the project with a polished film that introduces the organization and ten individual videos its featured businesses can post on their own channels — professional content that keeps working long after the event.
